"We feel extremely fortunate to be working with the Quiksilver Foundation. The formation of the Foundation and their support of QuikSCience has been a
watershed event for this program. The dedication of the Foundation to
education, the environment, and the human condition cannot be understated.
It is companies like Quiksilver and its Foundation that provide new
opportunities and innovative models for academic-corporate partnerships that
reach beyond the usual channels to truly impact young people's lives."
SurfAid
“Quiksilver and their Foundation have been at the forefront of a unique surfing response to human suffering in Indonesia. During their own exploration of the area they discovered perfect waves, an amazing culture and SurfAid. Their holistic response to what they found has been to go well beyond the surf with massive support for SurfAid to give back to the communities that so urgently need help. This is a tremendous partnership which demonstrates the extraordinary benefits of the public private partnerships. The people of Indonesia are better off as a direct consequence of their generosity” – Andrew Griffiths CEO SurfAid International

SurfRider
"Like the Surfrider Foundation, the Quiksilver Foundation understands environmental issues and opportunities from the perspective of the water. They are global in vision and local in impact. We are thrilled with our partnership and look forward to working together for years to come." --- Jim Moriarty, Executive Director, The Surfrider Foundation
Reef Check
"Reef Check's mission of marine conservation has received strong support from Quiksilver and the Quiksilver Foundation. Over the past five years, Reef Check scientists traveled the globe with The Crossing to survey the health of coral reefs in remote locations. The data highlighted that even remote sites were not immune from human impacts - and that long-distance fishing fleets were vacuuming fish from the sea at a faster rate than populations can reproduce. Recently, the Quiksilver Foundation provided support for the launch of the new Reef Check California program that will track rocky reef ecosystems along the entire 1000-mile long coast. "Quiksilver has done amazing work to help Reef Check with our marine conservation efforts around the world," states Reef Check Executive Director Gregor Hodgson, "We are grateful for the long-term support of Quiksilver to help us maintain healthy reefs for future generations.""
Keep A Breast

Joyful Heart Foundation
"I created the Joyful Heart Foundation in response to an experience of profound freedom I had swimming with dolphins in Hawaii. Everything that Joyful Heart now does reflects our commitment to helping women recover that freedom. We are so thrilled to be partnering with Quiksilver, a company dedicated to helping women break down barriers and pursue their passions. I applaud their commitment to women’s issues and empowerment, to not taking “No” for an answer, and pushing past our obstacles. And, on a personal note, everybody I've met from the company absolutely rocks. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner!" - Mariska Hargitay, Founder & President, The Joyful Heart Foundation
“Joyful Heart is thrilled to be partners with the Quiksilver Foundation. Our mutual dedication to environment, education and empowering men and women to live their best lives in and out of the ocean as well as inspiring people to be active and responsible in their communities is a bond that works. We are excited to develop and provide ground breaking ocean science and sports programming for women and much more.” Stacey Bosworth, Executive Director, Joyful Heart Foundation
