These Terms and Conditions of Use set forth our (The Quiksilver Foundation) online policy for the use of our web pages with a domain name of quiksilverfoundation.org (the Site). Errors in Pricing and Availability

Sales Tax Policy

Shipping
You pay for shipping on all orders according the rate shown on our e-commerce site. All orders placed through this site are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to ship items “FOB Quiksilver Warehouse” which means the risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow at least 10 business days to receive orders shipped within the United States and at least 20 business days for orders shipped outside the United States.

Returns
If you receive a damaged or non-conforming item, contact us to arrange for the return of the item and the shipment of a replacement. We will not provide any monetary refunds or credits unless the item that was ordered is no longer available.
